30 May 2025

1Budgeting for municipal investments is a complex process that requires not only knowledge of funding sources and financial models but also the consideration of environmental and climate-related aspects. In response to the growing challenges of ecological transformation faced by local governments, climate mainstreaming is playing an increasingly significant role.
