The international consortium implementing the CAPABLE project is proud to announce the development and release of recommendations aimed at local and central authorities. The CAPABLE (Building Capacity of Public Authorities in the Field of Public Building Renovation) project, funded by the Erasmus+ program, aims to support the renovation of public buildings and improve the competence of public administration staff
Recommendations based on analyses
The CAPABLE project's recommendations were developed through extensive inference and analysis, which included:
- roundtable meetings
- interviews
- workshops with public sector representatives at national, regional and local levels
- consultations with experts in the building renovation industry
- cooperation with educational institutions, including providers of adult education and vocational education and training
CAPABLE e-learning platform
The CAPABLE project has also developed an e-learning platform available free of charge to all public administration employees. This platform offers training aimed at improving competencies and developing skills in improving the energy performance of public buildings.
The CAPABLE course consists of five modules:
- Legislation and Regulations
- Energy efficiency standards and principles of a closed-loop economy
- Funding and financing
- Project management systems
- Best practices and case studies
After completing each module, participants can take a test to verify the knowledge they have acquired. Correctly solving the test will allow to obtain a certificate in English, which will be sent to the email address used for registration. Each user can register on the platform, creating a personal password that will allow access to the individual training path and modules prepared in the project languages, including Polish and English
Collaborative efforts to decarbonize public buildings
We encourage you to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the CAPABLE project and actively participate in the process of renovating public buildings and improving the competence of public administration. Together, we can achieve significant results in the decarbonization and energy efficiency of public buildings!
