We warmly invite all signatories of the Covenant of Mayors and local authorities interested in this initiative to use HELPDESK created within the framework of the Green Twinning Project and available on-line in English.

The project partners (EXERGIA, SEC, PNEC ZRMK and AER) offer via HELPDESK the technical support and guidance for the development of successful SEAPs and implementation of specific actions in the field of energy efficiency and use of RES implemented under the Covenant of Mayors. 

We encourage you to gain knowledge and share your own experience in developing and implementing the Sustainable Energy Action Plan through discussion and exchange of views with other cities and the members of the Green Twinning consortium.
